As Senior Director of Technology for the Engineering Services Group (ESG), Manish Tripathi oversees a team of network engineers that provides consulting services to wireless operators across the globe, including technology evaluation, design, rollout and performance troubleshooting of wireless networks based on 3G/4G/5G/Wi-Fi technologies.

Since joining Qualcomm in 1998, Tripathi has held a variety of technical and management roles that have been instrumental in expanding Qualcomm’s operator relationships. He’s designed a portfolio of engineering services to help operators ensure optimal network performance and deliver the best possible mobile experience. His technical expertise also extends to satellite communication systems, in-vehicle telematics solutions and wireless electrical vehicle charging.

Prior to joining Qualcomm, Tripathi worked with Hughes Software Systems to develop operation & management systems for cellular networks.

Tripathi holds a Masters Degree in systems architecture & engineering from University of Southern California and a Bachelors Degree in electrical engineering from University of Delhi.
